Der direkte Blick aufs Meer war wunderschön, viel Licht und eine gemütliche Unterkunft , vor allem der Außenbereich war schön. Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Vermieter.

Es mangelt an der Ausstattung ( Besteck etc.), für so viele Personen war es teilweise sehr knapp.

, Alles war Perfekt, sehr netter Gastgeber, super Lage,hochwertige geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Bei der Ankunft war der Kühlschrank gefüllt mit Sachen wie Toastbrot, Käse ,Schinken ,Wein , Obst.... Der Gastgeber gab uns viele Tipps von Tavernen, Ausflügen,Geschäften..... Die Betten sind bequem, die Bäder sind mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, sogar Nähzeug und ein Verbandskasten. Jede Menge an Badetücher. Die Villa wurde nach 4 Tagen Aufenthalt sorgfältig gereinigt, was nicht üblich ist. Die Aussicht ist einfach großartig und die Villa würde ich jedem empfehlen der seine Ruhe haben will von den Menschenmengen

Alles war Perfekt

Where do I even begin. This beach Villa set a new standard for what a vacation rental can be. The location alone is worth five stars and I haven’t even began on the hospitality we got from the host. Upon check in, our host had the place nice and clean with amenities that we weren’t even expecting. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the best restaurant recommendations and an open line of communication to him with quick feedback on any question we had. Waking up to the Cretan sea right outside your door, with nothing between you and the water, is the kind of thing you don’t forget. The town of Anissaras itself is a hidden gem for positioning. Centrally located along the northern coast, it put us within easy reach of basically everything Crete has to offer. Heraklion and its incredible archaeological museum and Venetian harbor are a short drive west. Malia is right next door and in easy reach to Chania and beyond. We never felt like we were fighting distance to get anywhere. The property itself more than matches the setting and very true to the pictures. The pool was stunning and perfectly maintained, offering a seamless indoor-outdoor flow that made you feel like you were living inside a resort. The bedrooms were genuinely luxurious, comfortable, thoughtfully designed, well equipped, and the kind of space where you actually want to spend time rather than just sleep. The open living area was a highlight: expansive, airy, and beautifully appointed, with room for the whole group to spread out without ever feeling crowded. Every corner of this house felt intentional including the gym in the basement. The amenities were top-tier across the board and nothing felt like an afterthought. You could tell real care and love went into designing this villa. Excited to stay here again in the future.

Honestly, I loved this property so much that i’d stay here again and wouldn’t change a thing
