Studio Furnished - Pool - Beach - Unit 1 Green Village Grand Bay

Apartamento en planta baja-semisótano muy cogedor, luminoso, bien equipado en urbanización bonita y bien ubicada en zona muy tranquila de Grand Baie. El propietario desde el principio estuvo súper pendiente de todo para que estuviéramos como en casa. Y sin duda, el mejor alojamiento calidad-precio de la ciudad. Imbatible en precio con lo que ofrece, seguramente habrá otros más céntricos y más grandes… etc. pero no por este gran precio. Repetiremos.

Los detalles a mejorar ya se lo comentamos a la propietaria y los solucionó al día siguiente. Bien por ella.

We stayed here at the beginning of October and absolutely loved it. The place was cozy, modern, and very clean. The pool was beautiful and well maintained. The owners were super friendly and helpful — communication was easy, and they made us feel really welcome. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

The only minor drawback was the poor bumpy road leading to the property.

- Got a nice welcome package including water, snacks and soap - Has all amenities you need, including beach/pool towel, washing machine and clothes rack. - Very quiet area - Very clean, and organised considering it’s some sort of basement studio - Host is very communicative and helpful. Water tank got empty one day but I was promptly informed and given some water bottles to mitigate

- Lights are quite dim, for a place that doesn’t get enough natural light because of its place during the day (repurposed basement or garage), feels ‘darkish’ all the time - Location wrongly pintpointed in Booking and though it’s just 10min walk from the centre, walking back at night was challenging because there’s no street light when you reach the area (it’s under construction and has many villas) - Toilet under the stairs, so it’s not comfortable for tall people as you can’t stand straight while brushing your teeth. No mirror in it either - Wifi so so for meetings - Wind/gate noise made it a bit eerie
