Casa vacanze molto accogliente e pulitissima. Ottima la posizione nel centro storico di Itri e a pochissimi km da stupende località come Sperlonga. A pochi metri di distanza si trova facilmente il parcheggio gratuito e la proprietaria è genitiissima infatti ci ha fatto trovare alcuno snack, acqua (addirittura ferrarelle in vetro) e caffè espresso nonché alcune ecodosi per la lavasciuga, asciugamani, dentali kit, shampoo e ciabatte. Oltre appunto alla lavaciuga è presente una cucina completamente accessoriata e l'aria condizionata. Gradita infine la presenza della doccia (non amo trovare in giro le vasche). Che dire, consigliassimo!

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare una notte in San Martino Hold Town Apartment 100 struttura finemente ristrutturata situata nel cuore del centro storico di Itri, borgo davvero caratteristico e bello da visitare a piedi. Staff molto cortese, alloggio curato nei minimi dettagli, ho apprezzato particolarmente l’acqua in vetro e il caffè Nespresso. Ci tornerò sicuramente.
