I had a wonderful stay at Janak Vilas Palace, Udaipur. A big thank you to the entire staff for making my stay so comfortable and enjoyable, from the receptionist to everyone who took care of us during our visit.
The room was absolutely beautiful and had a charming ethnic Rajasthani feel, especially the handmade paintings and traditional decor. It felt authentic, cozy, and very well maintained.
The location is superb, just within walking distance from City Palace and other nearby attractions, which made sightseeing extremely convenient.
The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety and everything we tried was tasty and enjoyable.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and the warm hospitality made the stay even more memorable. I would definitely recommend Janak Vilas Palace to anyone visiting Udaipur.

Janak Vilas Heritage Hotel is truly a beautiful place with a perfect blend of heritage, hospitality and comfort. The ambience, property, service and overall experience were absolutely wonderful.
A special mention to Anurag, the Front Office Gentleman and truly “The Legend” of the property. His warm welcome, polite nature, professionalism and excellent guest-handling skills made the experience even more special. He is always helpful, respectful and carries himself with such a positive and gentlemanly attitude.
Anurag make a hotel experience memorable. He is definitely an asset to Janak Vilas Heritage Hotel.

What impressed us the most was the hospitality and prompt service. Every request was handled quickly and with a smile. We truly felt relaxed and cared for throughout our stay

We booked superior room, firstly the location of hotel is great and very near to city palace,jagdish temple. Food is also very nice.
But the service is not good,table is not cleaned when you go for breakfast, you have to request for cleaning. The bathroom was smelly, the body was and shampoo was very watery,when complained then we got the good ones. AC was making very loud noise whole night,we asked them to check but it was the same the next day too. Over all it was not value for money. Only the location and food is good.
