Upon check in the instructions are pretty disturbing. It spoke a lot about children and minors not being allowed at the hotel. It read a lot like a love hotel and gave that vibe. I was hesitant at that point to check in, but I had pre-paid it was late and we were tired so I moved forward with checking in. The room we were given was dirty. The bathroom was filthy. The tub was stained and dirty with used soap. I complained to the hotel via agoda direct chat as there is no one at the actual front desk. There was some confusion as to what I was trying to communicate. The front desk person finally understood what I was trying to communicate and offered a different room. First they asked me to pay for the room change but then said they would change us for no additional charge. We changed rooms and that room was better than the first but still not up to the standard the agoda reviews and pictures represent. When we decided to turn on the TV we were confronted with an unfortunate racist name using the n-word on the Netflix accounts. I'm not sure if this was as retaliation for us asking to be moved. This whole experience was definitely an unfortunate one and I hope noone else has to deal with this. On top of all of this the hotel asked that we give them a 5 star review and that in exchange they would give me a 10% discount if I booked with them again. It now makes sense as to why a hotel in this condition has such high marks on agoda. Beware this hotel is not what it seems. I tried to attach pictures but the site is not allowing me too. I have plenty of photographic evidence of the conditions we encountered.
