    I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I specifically booked accommodation for two adults and two kids with a king bed and a single bed arrangement, but upon arrival, the hotel provided only one bed and extra mattress, which was inconvenient and not what was advertised during booking. Additionally, the hotel listing clearly mentioned free parking, but in reality, there was no parking facility available at the hotel premises. I was instructed to park my vehicle approximately 500 meters away from the hotel, causing unnecessary inconvenience, especially while carrying luggage. To make matters worse, I had to pay parking charges myself, despite the hotel advertising free parking. This is misleading information and does not match the services promised at the time of booking. I expect hotels to provide accurate details and honor their commitments to guests. Due to these issues, my overall experience was poor, and I would not recommend this property to travelers who require proper accommodation arrangements and convenient parking facilities.
