San Antonio's Place Suites

We left a certain flask unexpectedly but as we went back the housekeeper just said that it’s in the trash bin already, any other certain individual that has a good mind would keep the certain item and give it back to the guests because they would know that it is essential and valuable, but that housekeeper has many reasons (she throw it because it was dirty, how can it be dirty when its my personal flask?) as if I know she lied because she may have an interest to that flask. But only the supreme being would know.

The stay here is absolutely affordable

The overall experience was underwhelming with issues in cleanliness and outdated facilities that impacted comfort. The bathroom was particularly dissapointing and the view offered little to enhance the stay. The aircon automatically turned off due to “overheating” as per the staff. The staff were somewhat helpful.

We booked this place because of the location but that was the worst decision ever. The price is NOT even worth it. The value of this room is like a P250 squatter area place. There is no way to upgrade nor pay extra for a proper sleeping area. The room is inhumane. It smells like stagnant, dirty water. There are holes in the walls and the outlets aren’t even working. It looks like they didn’t clean it at all, not even a sweep or mop. The floor is wet and damp. The sheets have stains — you know, the "male stuff". This is the kind of place only street people would sleep in. We just checked out and moved to Dormitels. It’s so disgusting you could probably catch a disease from how filthy it is. The staff’s attitude is trash too. So lazy and so rude. We booked through Agoda so it’s non-refundable. Honestly, even the stock room is cleaner. This hotel is literally for dogs. All I can say, this is false advertising and should be removed from Agoda. It’s not safe for your belongings and even for your health. I might catch a skin disease touching their dirty sheets and bathroom floor.
