    "We stayed here as a group and had a wonderful time. The Quadruple room was spacious, very clean, and the side sea view from the window was beautiful. The location is excellent—close to everything we needed. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Highly recommend for families or groups!"

    We had a wonderful stay in this hotel.Room was clean, comfortable and well maintained.The staff was courteous and helpful throughout my stay.Overall atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing.Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting puri and would be happy to stay here again.

    Extremely Disappointing and Unacceptable Experience I am extremely disappointed and deeply dissatisfied with the service and behaviour of the hotel staff. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a hotel. I booked the room for ₹***, but the hotel provided us with a room that, according to the staff themselves, is priced at only ₹***. When we asked for the payment receipt and clarification regarding the room and charges, instead of addressing our concern professionally, the staff behaved extremely rudely and irresponsibly. The staff clearly told us: “Your booking is through a third party. We are not responsible for providing any service. If you want to leave the hotel, you can leave.” Such behaviour towards a paying customer is completely unacceptable, disrespectful and highly unprofessional. If the hotel is charging ₹***, then it is the hotel's responsibility to provide the room and services corresponding to the amount paid and to explain any difference transparently. We felt completely cheated, humiliated and helpless due to the attitude of the hotel staff. Instead of resolving a genuine customer concern, they simply refused to take responsibility and asked us to leave. I strongly condemn this kind of customer service. I would absolutely NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Think twice before booking this property. Extremely poor service. Extremely rude staff. Extremely disappointing experience.
