    I stayed in this Hotel for 2 days with family. The location is nearer to the Temple Dwarakadish. The Hotel is in a decent location surrounded by number of other Hotels, I had a complimentary breakfast which I availed for a day. The options are limited in the buffet but okay in quality and hygiene. I am a traveller who visit places with family for about 25 yrs now! Having visited many places and having been to many Hotels , I want to share my observations and experiences The Hotel doesn't have a dustbin in the washroom or in the room. I haven't found any in the lobby either, which troubled us in discarding the things. As we have procured dinner to the room , having finished the dinner , the plates were kept outside which were not removed even at 10 am, we could see flies and insects on them. As we checked into the Hotel , We have seen ladies hair in the room , I asked the room service to clean and mop once to remove. What I observe is in spite of it I could see more ... The Hotel provides Wifi, they do not give the login credentials and password unless asked. The signals are so pathetic that you feel your mobile data is better to be used. In this part of Gujarat I noticed that they give RO water in the room and the bottled water is not given as complimentary. Worst part is , once you go to the restaurant and have your food , you do not find the wash basin to wash your hands, either before or after. If you want to use it, you are supposed to go to the washroom which is really disgusting.. The Hotel service is a big thumbs down , after my first day in the Hotel as I had to stay for another day, I wanted the room service people to clean my room. When I handed over the keys and shared , the reception person was seemed courteous and was not listening to me. I made it clear that the room should be ready. But sadly, when I came back at 3 pm what I see is the room was unattended. I was surprised and when I enquired the same , What I get to hear was , that they were busy with the guests.
