    Room is spacious, toilet is very clean and spacious too. Amenities are complete. Has in house coin laundry as well, but might need to wait if it is being used as there are only 2 machines available at a time. Location is very near to subway (Shijo) has Lawson and 7 eleven nearby, great neighbourhood. Staff are welcoming, multilingual, and very helpful. They even have in house service for luggage delivery , and staff will assist you with it as well

    It is a recently opened beautifully designed hotel, spotlessly clean with great facilities. The room has all it needs; the bed is super comfy. Juice, tea, coffee and some sweet pastries are an extra breakfast treat for all guests. Highly recommended!

    This hotel ticks all the boxes for a fantastic stay in Kyoto, except for one flaw: the washing machines. One was out of service and the other one's drying function was broken, leaving our clothes wet and stinky even after 2hrs of drying. Having to pay for a faulty DIY laundry service left a sour taste. They offered no compensation and no alternative solution either.
