    We booked this unit because it advertised free Wi-Fi as one of its top amenities. My brother and I both had work in the evening, so having a stable internet connection was very important. Unfortunately, there was no Wi-Fi during our stay. We kept following up, only to be told that the router was under maintenance. What made it worse was that the mobile signal in the unit was also very weak, so using mobile data wasn’t a reliable backup. This caused us to adjust our meeting schedules, which was very inconvenient. The host also mentioned that the Agoda rate was lowered because the router was under maintenance. If that was the case, they should have been transparent about it before we booked so guests could decide if the unit still met their needs. We also experienced delays during check-in because the required information for reception wasn’t sent to us on time. Overall, the lack of communication and transparency made our stay stressful and disappointing. I would not recommend this unit to anyone who badly needs a reliable internet connection. If internet access is important for your stay, it’s better to consider other accommodations.
