Hotel is comfortable eventhough the location is far from metro, about 1km apart. But thats ok, as solo traveler, i can ride cycle to go to hotel from metro. I got discounts & cheap prices when order from agoda. Sure i will come back to this hotel in the future

This was my first visit to China and I could not have picked a better hotel to start with. This hotel is incredibly clean, the room is very comfortable, and it’s accessible by car to many main attractions. However, the best part is the staff. In particular Zhu Hexuan and Chen Yu Ling we super super helpful. When I arrived I was upgraded to a better room and when I checked out they allowed me to leave a little later than usual. On top of the wonderful staff the hotel breakfast was a lovely perk, and I appreciated the robots who would take my food delivery to my room! The only thing to take note of is that they have multiple locations so be sure to take DiDi to the correct one. Overall a really really really fantastic hotel experience. I will definitely be back next time I am in Beijing!

Luckily with Agoda's helpline, I'm able to find the correct address with the hotel's help. Not very easy to find and need to use a cab to find the hotel.
The name of the hotel is also confusing. Is it "Anhui" or "Dequan"? Luckily, there was my booking in their system or we won't be able to get a place to stay due to the late flight.
Overall, this place is fantastic and breakfast was amazing. But location is kinda far.

At around 9:00 a.m., I went to the hotel and informed the staff that I would be staying there. I officially checked in at around 9:00 p.m. The front desk took my passport and completed the check-in process without any issues.
However, at nearly midnight, the front desk knocked on my door. I was very tired and already asleep, so I assumed they had knocked on the wrong room and didn't answer. Then they called my room and asked me to pay for the room at 12:00 a.m. I found this very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I told them I would make the payment the following morning. I was staying at the hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. During check-in, no one informed me that payment had to be made immediately, yet the staff disturbed me at midnight to request payment and did not even apologize.
The hotel is about 1 km from Shilipu Subway Station.
I also left a book on the bed that I was reading. After the room was cleaned, I could no longer find it.
