It was a really good value. However, there's a couple things written in the listing which I felt were a misrepresentation. One is that even though it was touted as a smoke-free property, I smelled tobacco smoke every time I came out of my room and even witnessed one of the staff smoking in the lobby. The other thing was it said English was spoken as well as Vietnamese; however, only one staff member spoke any English at all and only a little bit. That one staff member, Dao, was the saving grace of this facility as he was so kind and helpful and let me borrow a bicycle as well as gave me a ride to a bus. While the days were quiet, I heard lots of loud talking late at night just outside my room as there are couches outside the rooms on every floor. Sound really carries freely since there's no carpeting.

Nothing fancy but cheap and clean. Bed was big and sheets were nice, had a great sleep. Aircon and fan in rooms too.
