    Cockroach infested, no change of bed linen, unhelpful staff, noisy rooms. If I need something, I have to call the person who should help me, and he wouldn't oick up the call. Name of the hotel is nowhere listed, and it is housed inside "the Fern" name, which is not recognised. Something is seriously fishy.
