Check in very smooth. There's a Subway station around 200m from hotel, about 5min walk with staircase, across the hotel is a mall, convenient to shop and hunt for food.

The most convenient hotel, easy access to everywhere. Room cleaning is everyday. All parcels are collected & placed in the dispatch room. Robot will delivery them to our room if there any parcels. Thank you for your services.

Everything is fine.
Need to improve for another lift, cause only 1 lift for entire hotel.
And need to improve the entrance cause only stair no other choice when return to the hotel after the whole day outing, is very tired but still need to go up that stairs to enter the hotel.
Do you think is really really tired.
Especially when we carry luggage and some heavy items.

The good points of this hotel are room cleanliness and near to the bus stop and metro station. With this price, I would not recommend this hotel despite the plus points that I mentioned. This hotel was old from the exterior - started operation in 1995. The piping is not properly insulated. We stayed at 10 floor, and the whole day, especially, night, we can hear water from the upper levels flow down the pipe. The metro station is just about 200m away, but it's not convenient if you have to change to other lines...depending on where you go. To go to the nearest shopping centre, you have to walk over a bridge to the opposite direction. There is no eatery or small shops nearby. The breakfast is simple. With this price, I would NOT recommend this hotel.
