    Being small district, hotel is too costly. Breakfast not included in room. Cost of breakfast is R's 500 plus GST.

    I had disappointing experience during my stay. Although the room had window blinds, they did not block the light properly, and strong light kept coming in, making it uncomfortable to rest. There was also no hot water available for showers, which was quite inconvenient. The most frustrating part was the poor staff communication. We were made to wait at the reception for an extremely long time (almost 30 minutes) just to resolve an issue where we were charged twice for daal khichdi, even though we had already paid at the restaurant. Instead of handling it efficiently, the delay and confusion made us feel undervalued as guests. The hotel seriously needs to improve its internal communication and billing system so that customers don’t have to waste their time over such issues.
