    The hotel is in a good location and the room looked nice, but the cleanliness was a big letdown. The bedsheet wasn’t clean, the blanket looked unwashed, and the pillow covers were the same. Basic amenities like towels weren’t provided in the room. We had to ask 7–8 times just to get a towel, which was frustrating. Overall, the aesthetics and location were fine, but hygiene and basic service need serious improvement.

    I stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The property has a beautiful ambience, calm, scenic, and perfect for relaxing in the hills. The food was really good, freshly prepared, and flavorful. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of during my stay. Another great part is that you can also use the Zostel common area, which adds to the overall experience, a great place to chill, meet people, and enjoy the mountain views. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Mukteshwar!
