Located near gwangalli beach. The room was clean. I shared with other 2 visitors. I had a good sleep. The bathroom is clean also and very spacious. The staffs are very helpful.

Upon arrival no staff to receive just found that you can leave your things if ever you arrive early at 3rd floor area.
Arrive past 8PM after visiting some tourist spots. The owner was friendly and polite check me in and securely gave me may door code for the room.
I choose this place basically in between places I like to visit.
Near beach area few walks to gwangalli beach and a view of gwangan bridge.
Few bus to Haeundae beach. Though I’m a solo traveler I felt safe. Staff were nice.
The room is simple, he gave me the ocean view, some toiletries are there, water heater, air conditioner heater as well sleep in warmth at night.
Note: They have party early evening till past 10pm though. Still I have a good rest.

I stayed during the off season, end of September to start of oct. I only saw one traveler during my stay. Its separated into multiple levels, one for each genders, dinning hall, etc. Room had 2 bunk beds and an ocean-view window, but not sure about other rooms. The rooftop is open at any hour for everyone and you can see the bridge. Bathroom is available per room and its clean.
The place is literally right next to multiple seafood storages but I didn't have trouble with the smell.
Overall it's really cheap for its location and cleanliness. If you are planning to stay out most of the time, this place is really for you.
