    We had booked for just an overnight stay in December and since all other options in chikamagalur were sold out booked this as last option. Since we were travelling to multiple places we planned to reach late night. Once arrived we met a very rude receptionist who blatantly told that the rooms booked by us has been given to somebody else and unapologetically mentioned that some other rooms which were just vacated will be given to us. The toilets were in used state without cleaning. Bedsheets were not changed. Will not recommend anyone that we had to go through. Would not recommend this place for anyone.

    Worst staff..Rude behaviour. It's not worth for the money and he behaves so rude with customers. Prefer not stay here
