    A fantastic hotel in a brilliant location, right opposite Newport railway station and an NCP car park costing around £12 a day. It’s not a big chain, but offers everything you’d expect from a Travelodge or Premier Inn, with a few extra touches that make it even better. The beds are genuinely comfortable, the showers are powerful, and the rooms are spotlessly clean, fresh and well aired. The staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the price is excellent, especially considering that a generous breakfast is included every morning. There’s a great choice at breakfast, including a cooked breakfast with vegetarian sausages, vegan milk alternatives, croissants, cereals, and cranberry, orange and apple juice. There’s also a brilliant coffee machine. All in all, excellent value for money, comfortable rooms, lovely staff and a great breakfast. I’d happily stay here again this was my 4th stay I would definitely recommend it.

    Since day 1 I have had problems. I stayed for 8 nights and for 4 days no change of towels or bedding. I had a bag of shopping in a carrier bag and it was taken out of my room and nothing done about it. I was not aware that hotel was used for homeless people everyday I was approached when I went outside for a cigarette I felt intimidated. My tv in my room did not work I asked them too sort it out and it wasn't fixed. So no im not happy for spending over 50p pounds for it.
