I searched the map for the location it showed it was two blocks away from the davao night market in actual fact it was a 27minute taxi ride away. Somehow they have tricked Agoda into showing their location 2 blocks away and they know it because they had excuses. The rules at check-in are obviously for a short time room love nest they show a beautiful rooftop pool but when you check in it’s an extra charge another form of deception

The place is decent although there are mosquitoes and the smell of cockroach on the area of bed side table.I borrowed their insect killer spray and applied it in the room. Later in the evening when we got back there were 2 dead cockroaches.And also,the shower is not warm. Maybe it's because the solar panel cannot make the shower heater warm enough.The remote control of the aircon did not function well.
Regarding the customer service of the staff,they're friendly and approachable. The breakfast meal tasted good.
Regarding the Agoda booking confirmation,they made a mistake on the room information on the aspect of bed type. I booked for a 1 double and 1 twin bed which reflected on the email confirmation that they sent to me. But on the record of the hotel, the bed type is Queen bed. So,there's a discrepancy on that.
I hope Agoda will work on this so that it will not happen to any customer in the future.

Pero siguro improve nila yung the way makipag communicate sa costumers. tapos, ang cr nila hindi ma i-lock hehehehe so naka open lang sya parati the whole time. Perooo ok naman yung iba :)
