Staff were nice. Good breakfast. Awesome beachfront location. Visually pleasing boutique hotel in the quiet part of General Luna.
But wifi was super bad. The towels were old and the shower drain drains really slow and gets really flooded.

If you want to be close to where the restaurants are, shops, and activities in General Luna --- this is the place for you. Everything is from a walking distance beside some of the best restos in town

Near the main road where all the popular restaurants are. The beach is pretty but not ideal for swimming ( a bit rocky near the shoreline, you would have to walk far out the beach to swim especially during low tide). The room we stayed it had a stunning sea view. It was also spacious and was well maintained. Would highly recommend.

Lovely staff. Some of the nicest we came across. Hotel in nicely situated on beach front. Nice common area for breakfast. Great breakfast. However room hygiene is not good. Walls are very thin so you hear all rooms around you. Even in the night.
