Staff of this hotel is amazing.
But property is something which needs to be looked .
Very filthy, dirty .
Towels, washrooms, linen, everything was stained and poor quality
Staff is amazing no doubt. But they can't make up for everything
They need to seriously look upon cleanliness
Otherwise location is convenient

I stayed at the hotel with my family for three days and had a generally comfortable experience. The room was clean, the staff were courteous, and the stay was pleasant. Everything was good, and I was satisfied with the services. However, it would be even better if New bed sheets and pillowcases were provided. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Room was ok but not clean. Toilet seat broken. Non-smoking room was requested but yet received a room with that awful smell. Staff was ok but late back and delay. Requested for a extra glass and was informed its not possible.
