I really loved my time spent at this hotel , perfect location at the Center of Baku, great communication from hotel staff and very tasty breakfasts. I really recommend to visit this amazing hotel.

התארחנו במלון 7 לילות בחודש מאי 2026. החדרים תואמים לתאור ולתמונות באתר. גודל החדר נוח, החדר נקי ומאובזר היטב. חדר האוכל מעולה, יש עמדה בה מכינים אומלטים לפי בקשה, אוכל מגוון וטעים. שתיה חמה וקרה, יוגורטים, גבינות, נקניקים וסלטים ועוד. לדעתי רק איכות הלחמים ניתנת לשיפור. מיקום המלון מעולה, ממש בקצה העיר העתיקה, מבחר מסעדות, בתי קפה וחנויות סביב המלון. לא ניסינו את הבריכה \ ספא \ חדר הכושר. הצוות נפלא, דואג לכל צורך וממלא כל בקשה ומייד. הטענה היחידה שיש לי היא לאתר Agoda. בהזמנה נכתב בפרוש שהמחיר כולל מיסים ועמלות. במלון ביקשו לשלם תוספת מס עירוני. לא סכום משמעותי אבל כדאי לשמור על אמת בפרסום.

This was not our first visit to the city, and we’ve stayed in many hotels over the years. Unfortunately, this was by far one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve had. From the moment we arrived, things went wrong. We were incorrectly charged four separate times, which was both frustrating and unacceptable. The rooms were not properly cleaned, and the housekeeping service was consistently poor throughout our stay. The breakfast was also disappointing, with food that did not seem fresh and lacked quality. Considering the price we paid, we expected a much higher standard of service, cleanliness, and overall hospitality. In our opinion, this hotel does not deserve its current rating, as our experience was nowhere near what was advertised or what previous reviews led us to expect. We would not choose to stay here again and unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel.
