O apartamento é muito limpo, equipado e organizado. Há supermercados perto e estacionamento na rua pago. O fato de estar no subsolo não me incomodou.
Não há cheiro de mofo como as pessoas estão a dizer. Há, na verdade, o cheiro do cimento. Para quem tem alergia como eu o cimento no chão pode ser um problema. Seria bom se o dono do apartamento colocasse uma cerâmica no chão ou passasse um impermeabilizante. Tirando isso o apartamento é excelente . Eu recomendo!

Exceptionally clean, great location close to the Eden Arena, close proximity to public transport, great communication.
Description should confirm it’s in the basement and one room has no window at all, but not biggie.
