Lovely partial view of the ocean and all of the kite surfers. Lots of light in the lounge and the main bedroom. Beautiful apartment, clean and spacious. Super easy access to retail stores and restaurants, all within walking distance. Secure access using access tags in and out of the building. Free underground parking.
It was extremely noisy especially on Fridays to Sundays. Not recommended for light sleepers. The restaurants downstairs play loud music until late at night. Lots of noise from patrons walking downstairs past the apartments to and from the restaurants. Lots of groups having a party in the parking lot at their cars, playing loud music during the day, and on some evenings (Fridays and Saturdays).
Kitchen could have been better equipped. There were plenty of glasses, crockery and cutlery, however pots and pans were limited. There was only 1 dish cloth provided for the entire week (9 day stay). The oven leaks oil when used, so we chose only to use it once. Also the second bathroom is extremely dark (light is very dull so we used the mirror in the lounge when needed for better lighting).
WiFi was unstable. We could work on our laptops and use wifi on our phones but if someone switched the TV on to stream anything online, we had to disconnect some of our electronics in order for the streaming to work.

Exceptional location on the beach, very cozy, clean, well kept and tranquil. Also above shops which made things very easy.
Self Controlled aircon required.
Mirrors in bedrooms needed.
