Gioiello Villa

Lovely modern villa with pool and outdoor areas, as good as, if not better than the photos! Private and quiet with great options for sitting in sun and shade outside. Wonderful welcome pack of basics, snacks and drinks as well as cleaning items. Plenty towels inside and out , useful washing machine and coffee maker. Lovely tavernas locally, which we preferred to the ones on main strip in Pefkos, also used the large BBQ. Helpful concierge team organised us a rental car and fantastic boat trip. We only had the car for a few days which was plenty for some exploring further afield and for loading up a “big shop” - otherwise we stayed within walking distance- couple of mini markets perfect for essentials. Villa was spotless on arrival. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenage boys.

A few minor inconveniences only to mention amidst a wonderful stay! We had booked a private airport transfer via the concierge which didn’t arrive and we had to get an airport taxi late at night, which was shared with other people being dropped on the way then the driver couldn’t find the villa in the dark . Another transfer vehicle also didn’t turn up. Told we’d have a mid stay clean which didn’t materialise. A written “guide” to the villa and local area would have been welcomed but not essential. Finally we were told someone would come to check us out but after waiting with the taxi for 10 mins we were told to just leave the keys in a key box - which was fine but just some communication problems. All minor feedback issues and the stay was great overall
