Went self catering
No chairs or table on the balcony, big problem for us. No effective cooling fan in the property.

Situated in a quiet area which is good when on holiday. Close to various amenities and shops. Close to Blouberg beach.
We were informed of the previous guests messing the place up beforehand and asked to be patient before collecting the keys. It was cleaned however still had a smell the following day. Also, the shower is dangerous as, once you opened the hot water you cannot balance it properly to the center of the tap to have a decent temperature for showering. Either it is too hot and when trying to get the water cooler it goes completely cold. Also on our last night a power failure happened at the building without any form of information/assistance and no lighting was available as we had to use our phones to get around the apartment - no rechargeable lights in apartment. No finger pointing at the property agent - I would imagine host agents should have at least jumped in and assisted us.
