Too many stairs. But worth it

Location is the best, in the city centre, easy to walk to the central station, 20min by car to the airport, locations os options for public transport. Area surrounded by cool cafes and restaurants. It's a walkable distance to many attraction in the city.

Flat was on the top floor and the building doesn’t have lift, go up and down from/to 5th floor is not so fun when you have a luggage.

It can't really be helped but the place is on the top floor and there's no elevator so if you have a heavy luggage please beware

*I had two bookings, which is why I submitted the review twice.* Great location, convenient small studio with a mezzanine, and easy check-in, pretty clean. I liked that there was a washing machine and even laundry detergent — to find a detergent is very rare. Nice charming old building. Nice view.

But I still wrote honest reviews, Which I hope will help other travelers. * I am not saying that the studios are bad — they are small, but stylish, cozy, and most importantly, clean. However, they definitely have issues that should be addressed, regardless of the low rental price. I understand that this is mentioned, however please note that there is no elevator and the apartment is on the 6th floor. The apartment was very cold, and when heating with the air conditioner it quickly becomes too hot. But even when you heat the apartment with the air conditioner, the floors in the apartment and the bathroom are still very cold. And in the bathroom are icy cold, and there is no bath mat in the bathroom. So I recommend bringing slippers during the winter. There is a disturbing noise (I believe from the water heater/boiler). The toilet is also very difficult to flush. You can hear everything the neighbors are doing in the apartment. One morning I woke up because of a loud noise when something fell on the floor in the neighboring apartment. On the mezzanine there is a quite thin mattress, which is not very comfortable to sleep on. The handrail leading to the mezzanine should be fixed, as it is pulled out of the wall in one spot and may be dangerous. One leg of the small table in the living room is broken, so I was afraid to use it. The TV is basically useless because there are no TV channels, only an HDMI cable. Lucky you if you are an Android user. If you are an iPhone user, bring a USB-C to HDMI adapter, because otherwise there is no way to connect it with iOS. Overall score: 6 (56.7%).
