Location was great - lots of restaurants and cafes close by.
The bed was a bit small for two people. The place needs a good deep clean and there should be a rubbish bin in the bathroom. The sink in the bathroom is also very small and awkward. There was construction next door, but this was mentioned in the post.

El departamento se encuentra en una buena ubicación
Hubo ruidos molestos intensos, tuvimos problemas con el agua durante varias horas, no nos pudimos bañar para un evento que tuvimos. Y cuando nos logramos bañar, fue con agua fría
