Levi Lake Villas A

Our stay was incredible! The house is beautiful and super well-equipped. It's very close to the lake, which makes it much easier to see the Northern Lights. In any case, we were lucky enough to have clear skies for 3 nights with good auroral activity, so we saw the lights even while lying in bed or taking out the trash. We will certainly return here in the coming years! Our host always responded to us very quickly through Booking.com messages.

We basically had two problems: there was some issue with garbage collection, and the trash cans in both houses were overflowing even before we arrived. I think maintenance tried to take some of the trash, but according to the host's response, the official garbage collection wouldn't happen until the day after our checkout. Also, one night the hot water ran out during our first shower of the day, and we contacted the emergency number directly. The service was very poor, with responses that didn't match the high standard of the house. Within a few hours, the situation resolved itself, and we didn't have any more problems. I reported the incident to the host, who apologized for both: the lack of water and the poor service. Despite these two episodes, neither of them impacted our excellent one-week family stay at the house!
