Chic Townhome near LA Tech

It was very neat, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for our visit. Great floor plan with nice furniture.

I have not complaints.

New, modern, well appointed, very clean, luxury towels and huge master bed pillows, nice appliances, very comfortable mattress, clean neighborhood. TVs worked well with Apple Play (casting).

Unusual floor plan in that the back yard could only be accessed through a bedroom. Small night stands in master bedroom. The coffee table in the living area was turned so that it wasn’t reachable when sitting in either of the two large chairs or the sofa. Unit is great for short stays, maybe not so good if stopping here on a longer journey with lots of luggage and stuff. If you are older or have any issues with balance, neither tub-shower combination have grab bars and both are somewhat slippery.

The location was just where we needed to be. Door code had been given to us the evening before our arrival and worked flawlessly. Kitchen was well supplied with all the necessary tools needed to for meal prep. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms well stocked with towels, etc. And the the towels were the good ones! Cleanliness was beyond reproach - probably one of the cleanest places we have stayed. One minor maintenance hiccup occurred, and Melanie was all over it immediately. Problem solved very quickly, with no interruptions to our plans. She remained in constant contact with us as to the solution. Kudos go out to Melanie for her care, not only for her property, but also for her guests!

The thermostat was a little tricky to get used to, but then again, I am strictly old school, so there's that. A broiler pan for the oven would be a welcome addition.
