    Negatives: I guess the bathtub was never cleaned, I could clean it with just the trickling water from the showerhead. Very weak water pressure, bad smelling water. Lots of tiny orange ants, you cant bring any food into the room. They even swarmed in the bed and bit me. On bedsheet cig burn marks. The Jomtien beach was very trash filled, I wouldn't come to Pattaya again. Positives: Staff friendly, helpful, good internet, pleasant to sit at the balcony at the morning and evening, AC is ok.

    Great value for money. I stayed in a room in the first building, right in front of the sea — the view was exceptional. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The rooms are furnished with great taste, featuring an elegant and minimal style. The TV had YouTube and Netflix, and the Wi-Fi was fast and stable. Having a 7-Eleven right downstairs was extremely convenient, and everything else — restaurants, cafés, and the beach — was just a short walk away. The staff is exceptional. This place is truly a rising gem of Jomtien!

    The main light switch was hidden behind an end table. The bathroom sink drain would not remain open. The safe had a low battery so a key was required to replace it. At first the said the owner (who had the key) was eating and would be back shortly. Hours later, the said the owner had left the country. I only wanted the safe to secure things while I swam in the ocean. After sunset, after returning from the beach without swimming in the ocean, they said they had the key.
