Vor allem ist die Lage optimal für Besuche der Museen, der Innenstadt, des Donauufer etc. Es war komfortabel und ruhig. Würde die Unterkunft gerne wieder mieten.
Als Genießerin eines guten Espressos, wünschte ich mir eine entsprechende Maschine. Also nicht der Rede wert. Und die Kissen hätten für mich etwas fester sein können, mag Geschmacksache sein.

Lage, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit war tiptop. Auch haben wir bei Fragen sehr schnelle Antwort bekommen.
Leider haben wir die Klimaanlage nicht aktivieren können. Wir empfehlen die Funktionalität zu Überprüfen und Instruktionen in der Wohnung zu hinterlegen.

Lage mitten in Ulm.
Schlecht zu finden, ist auf der Rückseite (!) der angebenden Adresse und leider kaum lesbar beschildert. Parken ist unmöglich- auch nicht zum Be--und Entladen. Geht nur im Parkhaus schräg gegenüber, dessen Einfahrt aber auch sehr speziell ist. Vorher auf Google ansehen. Achtung, am Wochenende ist es auf der Straße sehr laut, bei offenen Fenster schlafen geht mitten in Ulm halt nicht.

A beautiful and cozy department with acceptable location. It's big enough, clean and well equipped. I can get everything I needed and the host is so nice that I'm allowed to check-in earlier as it's a rainy day when I arrived with baggage. I really enjoyed the stay and absolutely willing to stay longer.
Everything will be prefect for me if the washing machine is placed inside the department.
