Flat was very spacious and comfortable, very clean and new. Facilities were great and location was good. Very good value but I suspect the prices will increase at YE.
Deposit was €2000 per apartment which felt a bit expensive (but I understand the place is new). Location was good, but 15/20 minute walk to the centre for pubs/restaurants.

The apartment was great. Clean, modern. Can tell its new. The rooms were spacious, and lots of storage room. We had an apartment on the top floor, the kitchen dining area was spacious (well equipped kitchen), with a lovely view from the balcony. If you are on the top floor, it has its advantages, less noise etc. But the left side of the apartment had slightly less room due to the roof (for example the main bedroom storage was low down as floor to ceiling wardrobes were not feasible - but this wasn't a huge problem - but may be if you have a dodgy back!). The staff were friendly, and check in was seamless. The pool area was great, clean, lots of changing room space and lockers. Me, my wife and daughter rented skis from the Centre of town and used the lockers there, my friend used the ski room at the hotel to store his gear, he was really impressed. We shall all be doing that when we return next year. Clean, warm, plenty of space. There is a rental shop opposite the hotel (we will use this next year), and you can ski back very close to the hotel if you wish, so no need for a bus back. My daughter stayed in the kids bunk room, which she loved, and her love grew when she found lots of toys and puzzles in the draw beneath her bed. This kept her busy for hours! Its the quieter end of town, but still has some nice restaurants nearby if you didn't fancy walking or getting the bus into the Centre. Regarding the bus, its opposite the hotel and they are regular in the morning (its a bit of a walk with a 6 year old, but easily management as adults, making it easy to get to the main lift. There is also a supermarket a minute walk away, very handy to grab bits throughout the trip. I thought the location was perfect for what we needed.
There wasn't anything we didn't like. However, we did have some minor suggestions. The pool should be open all day. It isn't manned with a life guard, but the hours mirror the reception hours. It did get quite busy from 4-7 (the hot tub isn't the largest and that was regularly full). If the weather was bad, it would be even busier. If it could be open for longer, I think that would benefit a lot of families. The games room is great, but I am not sure they need to charge for playing some of the games (fuzzball/ pacman/ pool) - make this complimentary?

The interior design and lighting was very good, as we were skiing the heated lockers and access to and from the building was excellent. It was reassuring having a receptionist, though 8.00 am start is late. Underground parking was generous, and lifts were ok, though two lifts for the whole building when the building is at full capacity would be challenging at peak flow time. The location was excellent for Vallee Blanche and Belle Etoille, though when bus frequency is low its a bit of a walk to Jandri which is the main access to 3200. Close to supermarket, and patisserie, Bus stop right outside. Kitchen goods were ok, but for 2026 a bit basic. Bedroom was good, black out blinds brilliant. Furniture basic for 4* accommodation. The pool, sauna, and hot tub was as expected.
Kitchen basics were not there, eg no sieve, no pan lids, no baking bowls for making tarts or oven based food. No tea towels, we had to use hand towels. Kitchen towel holder would have been useful as well. To supply one roll of toilet paper for a week is a bit mean, with that in mind we left five weeks worth for the next users. No stirring spoons etc and toaster not compatible with flute/baguette bread. This is the only apartment I have been to that didnt have an info pack for users ( I have been renting in ski resorts for many years) It would be useful to have USM ports, surely contemporary electrics have this set up in France, maybe not? The design of the ramp in and out of the underground parking area has very tight geometry, and exit signage non existent so most people may only use this for parking during their stay and forget where to exit is. These are small things really, but at this standard of accommodation it is expected, I have been to camping municipal that are better equipped. What about a spare set of keys as there is no key code access to the apartment and it relies on good communication between a couple to use one key or be tied to going every where together.
