Location close to the coastal path and sea. Friendly owners.
Great value .
As there are so few places to eat self catering is essential- an outside picnic bench and a kitchenette not shared with the owners would have been brilliant. Just makes it more relaxing.
Smelly reception area - love chickens but not in the house.

Location, quality of fit & finish of the premises is great, considering it was a derelict building before 2021.
Still a work in progress, but all the areas where guests would be are impressive.

It was a known thing that this place is 40 min drive from Lerwick.

We arrived late, due to a failed engine on plane, so did not have time to explore. But the place is a work in progress and should not be on sale. The owners have ideas - so it should improve.
