Na początku mieliśmy mały problem z odnalezieniem skrytki na klucze, może warto udostępnić gościom zdjęcie gdzie dokładnie ona się znajduje. Wyjście na taras było zlokalizowane tuż na parking, nam to nie przeszkadzało jednak nie we wszystkich oknach były rolety i zasłony więc trochę utrudniało to prywatność.

We liked everything about our stay. The convenience of ground floor just steps away from the designated car park, the spotless clean home and the comfortable beds.

The apartment was clean, kitchen fully occupied with everything that you could possibly need. Beds were comfortable.

The property was impossible to find in a closely packed community area. The welcome letter following the booking was sent in German language so couldn't understand what it said. The communication from the host was terrible and very much unwelcom. We arrived at the property at 20:20 as we were travelling through the Europe and just booked it for a sleep over the night. The arrival time 20:00 to 21:00 was requested during the booking and it was accepted. On arrival we managed to find the right house but the flat number was not specified. Luckily, a kind neighbour came out and helped to identify the apartment we booked. However, the key from the apartment was located on another house which was at another side of the communal area. When searched for the keybox, we couldn't find it anywhere and had to ring to the host for a help. The host was very rude, asked did i know what time is now. I was told that I was very lucky that he answered the call because he's got personal life and he don't have to answer the call at 20:40. I had to remind him that this was my check-in time at the booking which was accepted. Then he offered to me to use Google translation to translate the welcome letter where all the information according him was provided. I insisted if he could just tell me where the key is located as I was speaking to him already. Then, very reluctantly, he started asking questions if I'm using Google maps, do I speak English and was keep telling me that the keybox is at the front of the another house. Eventually, with the help of the same kind neighbour who spoke himself on the phone with the host, we found the keybox. It was located at the side of the house attached to the very side of the balcony of another apartment. This was unbelievable! I was shocked by having this experience, especially that the host had never spoken to me again after speaking to the German man.
