Andar alto (12o.), então é silencioso.
Ao acionar o controle remoto do ar condicionado, ele não funcionou. Escrevi mensagem pelo Booking informando e a minha mensagem nunca foi respondida, mesmo após 3 dias. Em todas as hospedagens até hoje, eu sempre havia recebido um telefone para contato. E o ar condicionado sempre funcionou. Note bem que as máximas no período eram de 28/29 graus. Isso é um total descaso com o bem estar do hóspede. Talvez fossem apenas pilhas velhas, mas não é minha função substituir. Detalhe: deixaram um único rolo de papel higiênico para 4 dias. É claro que acabou antes do final.

Good location, next to supermarket and smart fit gym. I would prefer a more quiet neighbourhood though if i were to return to SP.
Clean.
Bed is too short and not of high quality.
Slow elevators.
Gym in the building is pretty useless.
