Nice place, comfortable furniture and good kitchenware. It was clean and tidy for our stay. The warmth system is very good and keeps the place warm despite of the freezing weather outside. Close to public transport and to IGY (mall) and just a few minutes walk from Budvar brewery.

There is a restaurant in the same building that turned our stay really uncomfortable. People smoking in the main acess corridor, laughing and talking loud up to midnight. Really awful. There is a door downstairs that was kept opened to much time so the place was freezing outside. There was no oven in the kitchen, so it was not so easy to prepare meals, specially wher you are a traveller and needs a microwave to heat things from the grocery. The boiler is not that big for more than a latin couple for a bath. There was a disclaimer "recommending" a 5-min bath, once a day, so it was a very challenging thing for us 3. Stay at the mezanino room is superb, but the street lightposts annoyed all night long and the blackout curtains wer not enough to stop this light from the windows. The parking area is not free and it's really far from the place. So to walk with all the stuff for a long slenghth and time is not a rational option.
