Localização e preço para a minha necessidade que era só dormir os dias do evento que estava tendo em Gaspar, foi ótimo. Local tranquilo e silencioso. Muito limpo e organizado.
O chuveiro era elétrico, mas difícil achar a temperatura ideal, quando regulava a temperatura de repente o fluxo de água diminuía. E faltou papel higiênico, mas não foi agravante, comprei no mercado e tudo certo. E poderia ter tomada dos dois lados ca cabeceira.

Tudo, bem confortável. O anfitrião super solícito.
Acho que poderia ter mais itens básico, mesmo que pouco: sabonete (mini) para os hóspedes, intens básico da cozinha (sal, açúcar), mesmo que comprem um pouco a mais por isso. Eu não precisei, mas da próxima, ficando lá gostaria que tivesse.
