Autoilijan kannalta todella hyvä sijainti lähellä Sotkamon keskustaa omakotialueella. Auton sai parkkiin talon eteen. Erittäin siisti pieni talo, jossa kaikki tarvittava. Keittiön laitteet olivat hyvin moderneja ja ilmalämpöpumpun ansiosta talon lämpötila oli juuri oikea. Mukavat sängyt. Kaunis piha, jonka nurmikko oli juuri leikattu. Illalla istuttiin terassilla ilta-auringon paisteessa.
Talo on sympaattinen, mutta varsin pieni, joten kahdelle isokokoiselle ihmiselle ei ole kovin paljon tilaa. Varsinkin wc on pesukoneen takia ahdas. Mikroaaltouuni ja makuuhuoneen pimennysverho olisivat hyviä lisiä.

Mökin tunnelma oli kiva. Sisustus oli kiva, ei mitään turhaa tavaraa ympäriinsä. Kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi helposti.
WC istuin oli ahdas isommalle ihmiselle.
