A really fun lobby, with a mini theatre, pool table and foosball and and many other ways to socialise

The staff was amazing, the security/reception staff during day were very hospitable

This is a truly amazing and modern hostel in Bangalore. The tech integration is impressive: your door and personal locker open via a smartphone app, which is super convenient (no fear of losing a key!). The rooms are very comfortable, with a power outlet and light for each bed. I loved that you can order food through their app and work from the spacious common area on the first floor all day long. The staff on-site were also very friendly and helpful.

However, I had a significant issue with pre-arrival communication. When my card payment failed on the Booking.com platform, I sent multiple messages to the hostel directly through the booking confirmation to clarify the situation and ensure my reservation was safe. Unfortunately, I did not receive a single reply. My booking was only confirmed and my worries put to rest after I contacted Booking.com's customer service, who then got in touch with the hostel on my behalf. While the stay itself was excellent, this lack of response to a guest's urgent concern felt disrespectful and caused me a lot of unnecessary stress and anxiety before my arrival. Improving their responsiveness to booking messages would make this otherwise perfect hostel truly outstanding.
