Mambo Lombok

The actual property is beautiful and a great view

You had to lock your bedrooms rather than locking the whole villa

We had a fantastic stay at Mambo Lombok. The property is absolutely gorgeous, and the architecture and design are incredible. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone, from management through to the maintenance and cleaning teams, was friendly, welcoming and helpful. I honestly couldn’t fault the service. We enjoyed two onsite massages for around $30 AUD each, which were well worth it. The laundry service was also incredibly affordable, costing between $6.50 and $10 AUD for a whole bag of washing. We were lucky enough to have the same driver, Bul, each day. He was an absolute pleasure to meet and really made our trip. Having someone so friendly and reliable to take us around made exploring Lombok even more enjoyable. A few small improvements would make the accommodation even better. The pillows could definitely be upgraded, and providing robes and slippers or slides would be a nice touch given the standard of the property. There are also no televisions in the rooms, which is worth knowing before booking. The property has a very open design, so monkeys can wander in freely. Definitely something to be aware of! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful, the people are wonderful, and the additional services offer excellent value for money. With a few small improvements to the room comforts, it would be even better. We would happily return!

Nothing we really loved the unit.

Heerlijk verblijf en een spontane update gekregen! Kan me geen beter verblijf wensen.

Er zijn apen dus let op je fruit!

The grounds themselves are pretty and the design of the villas are cool with infinity pool. The staff were helpful for most things we asked for. Just not typical hotel resort stay. Close to beaches and Kuta so location is great.

Construction happening right outside and so the first villa we were in wasn’t very private. They did move us upon request after first night which was great. Also no restaurant on site to sit in, they do provide breakfast room service between 7am and 2pm.
