Location was excellent. Near restaurants and grocery.
The people in the front unit was noisy and loud. The partition wall could use some sound insulation.

Unit was well-maintained. We were only there for a night but the unit is good for a week or more stay with the full kitchen.
The stairs leading up to the unit are not completely stable. Slid off of one of the steps while exiting the first time and caught myself but with some strain on my left heel. Not serious but I did make sure I used the handrail when descending for the rest of the stay. Steps move a bit and should be stabilized. Also, parked out in front of the stairs in the driveway which was great for recharging my plug-in hybrid. Unfortunately, it is a small but steep slope that could use a stair or two. Recommend parking on the street.
