Location was perfect and close walking distance to a ton of restaurants, shops, and activities. The Ocean Reef Resort always has music playing around the pools, and we even got to karaoke one night. The poolside bar / restaurant was very convenient. Our one maintenance request was answered quickly. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and owner/Big Fish was very communicative.
Not that we didn't like it, but just a heads up that hotel housekeeping does not come to this condo for any reason since it is privately owned. All cleaning must be done yourself, so sandy floors must be self swept and/or mopped, as well as provided linens must be washed in-house.
