RESORT Elevator not working... The entrance gate across road didnt close so carS weren't secure.. We never saw Security the whole 6 days.. CONDO Floors has not been cleaned, notified host and they offered but I wont allow anyone in our room after check in.. They should have been cleaned before arrival... Pretty aggravating to deal w diet on socks.. Cigars papers on balcony... Some cleaning fee should hv been offered.. Suggestion.. Bath Mat, I almost fell the 1st shower.. Coach worn.... Neighbors had TV on loud all night one night (no fault of Hoat)

The location was perfect. The amenities were also plentiful and enjoyable. It was a nice surprise to find there wasn't 2 pages of tasks before checkout.
The only thing I can suggest for next time is leave a dustpan with the broom so we can keep things tidy during the stay. I was able to convert an attraction flyer to serve this purpose.

Very clean & comfortable it’s the best one I ever been to
1 of the lights by the left bed didn’t work & one of the charging ports didn’t work on the nightstand and one of the light bulbs was going out in the bathroom. In the balcony it was a cup full of cigarettes butts on the floor of the balcony
