There was a code so it made it very east to check in.
We loved this property. It literally had everything you could use to feel comfortable like you're at home.
My son slipped through the hammock and the main concern was my son and not the damage to the hammock. Even offering to bring us any first aid we may have needed... although we didn't. Anytime I needed to ask a question I was answered very quickly.
The bed mattresses were very firm. Some people like firm so it was really a personal preference.
We stayed a week so we cooked a lot. They had everything you could possibly use except a pizza pan. Or a flat pan to bake on. But literally every other kitchen utensil you could think of was there. Including a grill for outside and an air fryer! A nice touch was they even provided dish detergent and laundry soap. It was so nice to wash towels as needed and our clothes before leaving.
