• The property is very tastefully designed and strikes a good balance between minimalism and comfort. It would not look out of place in the pages of Monocle magazine. • The balcony provides an incredible view of the Dolomites and is recessed in such a way that you can sit in comfort regardless of the weather (being shaded from both extreme sun and rain). It also features a private sauna! • The feeling of relative seclusion in the mountains mixed with the knowledge that a wide range of amenities and attractions (in particular in Brixen/Bressanone) were a relatively short drive away. • The availability of an app to order a range of essential goods from a local bakery (which were delivered straight to the door early the following morning). The (German/Austrian-style) bread was of excellent quality. • The courtesy and punctuality of the property owner, who was very clear in his communication. When I had a request (for example, for fresh towels or a replacement piece of glassware), this was accommodated very quickly.

• Anybody uncomfortable with driving on tight and twisty mountain roads would find access a major challenge, but this extends to the region in general and is not unique to the property. If you prefer, you can use local buses (for free). • The kitchen was perfectly adequate to our needs, but some people may struggle not having an oven or microwave. I enjoyed the ritual of using a moka pot to make my morning coffee, but missed having appropriate espresso cups. • The bedside lighting was slightly too bright for our preference and could be made somewhat softer.

Mooi en ruim gloednieuw appartement met zeer vriendelijke eigenaren, het ruime balkon met het prachtige uitzicht is schitterend.

Brand new modern apartment with high quality fittings. Spectacular view is something we will remember forever. Sauna is perfect addition. 1200m in the hills it is very peaceful and surrounded in nature. Perfect springtime location. We will visit again and recommend to anyone. The host was super attentive and kind.

Apart from the lack of some necessity such as coffee or shower gel their was absolutely nothing to fault
