Bardzo przyjazny gospodarz, wystarczająca ilość miejsca, czystość, parking prywatny na podwórku z zamykaną bramą. Stacja kolejowa w okolicy.
słabe wifi, w obiekcie brak niektórych elementów wyposażenia, które podniosłyby komfort zwłaszcza zimą (brak zasłony w drzwiach na taras, brak suszarki do włosów, brak dodatkowych lub po prostu nieco większych ręczników, mechaniczny wywietrznik w pomieszczeniu z prysznicem nie działał, brak oświetlenia nad aneksem kuchennym - było jedynie górne światło w salonie).
