The property is exactly as pictured snd described. It is an exceptionally clean and inviting tiny house. The host is very responsive to any questions. The property has a designated parking spot directly in front. The property is s great value, comfortable, and close to downtown Athens and UGA. 10/10 would certainly stay there again.

Everything was as described. No surprises was a good thing!
I took a long 20 minute shower one morning and the hot water ran out. My wife had to wait 30-45 minutes before she could take a hot shower.

I enjoyed the room and it is was easy to get back to campus. I enjoyed the cleanliness and the size of the bed. I enjoyed the ease of getting my key and getting unloaded so I could head to see my daughter.
I thought everything was just as described. There was nothing that I didn't like. It was a nice room with everything I needed for one night.
